For smaller bridal parties of 4 to 6 and shorter prep windows. A snack spread, a fresh fruit platter, a small charcuterie board for 6, pastries from a local RVA bakery, sparkling waters, bottled waters, electrolyte drinks, a coffee box, a fresh flower bouquet, BRIDE letter balloons, and themed disposable cameras.
The Pop

For bridal parties of 6 to 10 and a full prep day. Everything in The Toast, upgraded, plus a premium charcuterie board for 8 to 10, crudite with hummus and ranch, a sandwich platter, specialty pastries, a build-your-own mocktail bar, fresh-pressed lemonade, fresh florals, a bride sash, and a personalized printed piece with your name on it.
The Sparkle

For parties of 10 to 12 and luxe weddings. Everything in The Pop, upgraded, plus a 6-foot grazing table, catered boxed lunches, mini cupcakes, a full mocktail bar with bartender-level garnishes and your own signature recipe card, a sparkling cider toast with custom labels, a personalized robe, a monogrammed tumbler, custom wooden dress hangers, and recovery kits for every bridesmaid.

Suite Service works as a standalone booking or pairs perfectly with our wedding bartending, and it can be booked by you or your wedding planner. Everything we bring is non-alcoholic by design, so it plays nice with any venue. We drop it all off and set it up 60 to 90 minutes before you arrive, and we come back for pickup at the end of the night or the next day. All you have to do is get ready.

Who books Suite Service?
Either you or your wedding planner can book it. Planners love it because it's one less thing on their list on the busiest morning of the year.
Is there alcohol?
Nope, everything is non-alcoholic by design. Think mocktails, fresh-pressed lemonade, sparkling waters, and a sparkling cider toast in The Sparkle. If you want a getting-ready bar with mimosas or espresso martinis, ask us about adding our bartending.
When do you set up?
We drop everything off and style your suite 60 to 90 minutes before you arrive, so it's ready and waiting when you walk in. We pick it all up at the end of the night or the next day.
Can I bundle it with wedding bartending?
Absolutely. Suite Service can be booked on its own or bundled with our wedding bartending, so the morning and the party are both handled by the same people.
