Diet Coke Spritz Bar - $1,200 - Cheers will provide a Diet Coke Spritz Bar for your wedding including Crispy Diet Cokes, Lime and Limeade, Nugget Ice, Homemade Flavored Simple Syrups, Flavored Creams, Cups, Straws, and Garnishes unique to the Spritz Bar. Guests can get shot add ons for their Diet Coke's at the bar! Also available for Dr. Pepper or your favorite soda!
Bride and Groom Bartend for 20 minutes - $200 - Let Cheers Bartenders help you bartend your own wedding for 20 minutes during your reception! Cheers will provide a Tip Jar and QR code from your Venmo or Cashapp so your guests can tip their bride and groom! This is a great way to have fun with your guests and raise money for your honeymoon!
Extra Cocktails - $600 for each additional cocktail at your wedding!
Hot Cider, Hot Chocolate, Hot Tea and Coffee Service - $300 per Cider, Hot Chocolate or Coffee and Hot Tea Service at your wedding!
Mocktails - $800 - Allow Cheers to provide our signature Mocktails for your sober guests at your wedding!

Signage - $400 - Allow Cheers to provide signage for your drinks at your wedding. Includes illustrations of all of your cocktails or mocktails and framing.

We are Taylor and Katie, two best friends of twenty years committed to bringing our excellent taste to your event. We started Cheers because we want to celebrate your biggest moments with you! We’ve thought of everything, each bringing our own unique skill set to your events.
Taylor will be the one to make sure your drinks are reflective of your story - who you are. She can find meaning in anything and knows how to make a moment special. Katie’s going to have everyone at your event laughing and having fun. Katie stays two steps ahead, making sure to not forget a single detail. We make all of our ingredients fresh, including all of our juices and flavored simples. Once you sign your contract and coordinate the pickup of your alcohol - all that’s left to do is show up and have fun! do you provide the alcohol?
We can't purchase alcohol directly due to Virginia's ABC laws. But don't worry! We'll give you a detailed purchase list and pick it up for you!
Do you travel?
We’re based in Richmond, Virginia. But we’re happy to travel to you! Our services include 40 miles of travel and a small fee applies outside of our area.
Will i need an abc license?
Yes, you will need a single day banquet license from VA ABC. We’re here to help you walk through this process and even frame it for you so it’s on display at your event.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are a licensed business in the state of Virginia. We’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance citing our general and liquor liability insurance coverage to your venue management team.
Do the packages include set up and clean up?
Yes, we come prior to your event and clean up as we go! We leave everything as we found it.
How much is due at the time of booking?
We ask for a 60% deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due four weeks before your event.
